Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, manage chronic illnesses, perform routine check-ups, and promote overall wellness. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Conduct routine physical examinations, preventive care, and health screenings.
• Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
• Prescribe medications and treatments, and monitor patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
• Adhere to medical protocols, standards, and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in Texas.
• Proven experience as a Family Practice Physician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical protocols, standards, and ethics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
