Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, manage chronic illnesses, perform routine check-ups, and promote overall wellness. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Conduct routine physical examinations, preventive care, and health screenings.
- Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
- Prescribe medications and treatments, and monitor patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
- Adhere to medical protocols, standards, and ethics.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in Texas.
- Proven experience as a Family Practice Physician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of medical protocols, standards, and ethics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
